We believe ambiguity in fee structures creates friction at exactly the wrong moment — when you're trying to fill an urgent gap. Here's how our fees work, plainly.
Placement fee — agreed upfront
Our fee is a placement fee based on the role, specialty, and duration of the placement. The fee is agreed in writing before any candidate is presented — you will never receive an invoice for an amount you haven't already approved.
No placement, no fee
If we don't successfully place a doctor for your role, you don't pay. There are no search fees, no retainer fees, and no charges for presenting candidates who aren't confirmed.
Credentialing included
AHPRA verification, insurance confirmation, and pre-placement compliance checks are included in the placement fee — not charged separately. Hospital-specific credentialing coordination is also included.
Ongoing support included
Your named consultant remains your point of contact throughout the placement at no additional charge. Shift adjustments, extension requests, and any issues during the placement are handled by the same person who placed the doctor.

We don't publish fixed rate tables because locum rates vary by specialty, location, urgency, and duration — and publishing a rate that doesn't apply to your specific situation creates more confusion than clarity. What we do commit to: the rate presented to you for any candidate will be the full, all-inclusive cost — no add-ons, no surprises at invoice.
