Credentialing & Process

From Enquiry to Placement — How It Works

Every doctor we place is AHPRA-verified, insured, and compliance-checked before they're ever proposed for a role. Here's exactly what that process looks like — and what you can expect at each step.

01

Submit your staffing need

Use our online form or call us directly on 0403 277 160. Tell us the specialty, urgency, shift dates, and facility. For urgent gaps, a consultant picks up — not a voicemail.

  • Specialty and subspecialty required
  • Urgency and start date
  • Shift type and pattern
  • Facility name and location
02

We search our verified network

Your named consultant searches our network of 3,500+ AHPRA-registered doctors for candidates who match your specialty, location, and availability. We prioritise doctors who already hold WA Health or NT Health credentialing for your facility.

  • Specialty and experience match
  • Location and availability check
  • Existing facility credentialing verified
  • Indemnity insurance confirmed
03

Credentialing — handled before we call you

Every doctor in our network has been pre-credentialed: AHPRA registration verified, indemnity insurance confirmed, CV and references checked, and working rights confirmed. We don't present candidates who aren't ready to start.

  • AHPRA registration current and verified
  • Professional indemnity insurance confirmed
  • CV, references, and qualifications checked
  • Working rights and visa status confirmed
  • Immunisation records where required
  • Hospital-specific credentialing where already held
04

You review and confirm

We present suitable candidates with their credentials and experience summary. You confirm the fit — no lengthy back-and-forth, no compliance surprises. If you need additional hospital-specific credentialing completed, we coordinate that process.

  • Candidate summary with credentials
  • Experience and specialty match
  • Availability confirmed for your dates
  • Additional credentialing coordinated if needed
05

Doctor starts — consultant stays on

Your named consultant remains your point of contact throughout the placement. If anything changes — shift adjustments, extension requests, or issues on the ground — you have one person to call who already knows the context.

  • Named consultant throughout the placement
  • Shift adjustments handled directly
  • Extension requests managed
  • Post-placement feedback and review
